How To Cook Bacon

What you'll need:
a package of uncured bacon (even better if you can afford pastured, straight from the butcher or your local farm)

Carefully line your hot griddle with bacon.

When the underside is just barely tinted, flip. Shut off the griddle.

Plate on top of a paper towel and gently pat dry with another. Eat!
