What you need:
1 cup Fage Total full fat Greek yogurt
1 scoop low/zero carb protein powder (I used Isopure. It's really tasty)
*1/4c Peanut Butter
If your peanut butter is really firm, now is a good time to soften it in the microwave or on the stove top. The peanut butter I used was soft and very pliable, so I put it directly into the bowl with the Fage. I also put in 1 scoop protein powder.
Mix well.
Mix until it turns into beautiful, fluffy mousse.
Throw in freezer for 20 mins for a cool & creamy treat, or dig in for that reese's peanut butter cup taste you've been missing since going Primal.

In my opinion (take it for what you think it's worth), this would make an appropriate post-workout snack, or a dessert on a day where you had a really hard workout. It's thick. It's rich. It's creamy. It's SLUDGE!
*-- {GASP!} How could you?! PEANUT BUTTER ISN'T PRIMAL! You're going to Primal Hell! Yeah, yeah, I know. Peanut butter is so frickin' delicious though! Especially when you get a brand that uses minimal ingredients, with names you can pronounce. I love Peanut Butter & Co's stuff. It's to die for. And, really, if you're that freaked out about it, use some almond butter or my homemade Mac Daddy butter.

okay. heaven.
